At Arabic Parfums, we are committed to offering an efficient, secure, and professional shipping service, ensuring that you receive your products in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time.

We work with recognized and highly reliable shipping companies:

  • Peninsular Spain: SEUR, GLS and CTT

  • International shipments: SEUR and UPS

We select the most suitable logistics operator based on destination, volume, and operational efficiency.


Order Processing

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. (peninsular time) are processed on the same day, except weekends and holidays.

  • Orders placed after that time will be processed on the next business day.

Orders that include samples may require additional preparation time, especially during periods of high demand such as Black Friday, Christmas, or other special promotions.

2. Shipping Confirmation

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email with shipping details and the corresponding tracking number.


Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipments in Peninsular Spain

  • Fast Shipping: Delivery in 1-3 business days from when the order is handed over to the shipping company.

  • Carriers: SEUR, GLS or CTT.

Costs:

  • Home delivery: €6.50

  • Delivery to a pick-up point: €5.99

International Shipments

  • International shipments are made using SEUR or UPS, depending on the destination country and logistics operations.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs procedures.

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the purchase process.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over €99 within peninsular Spain.
This promotion is applied automatically at checkout.


Delivery Times

  • Peninsular Spain: 1-3 business days from the order being handed over to the shipping company.

  • International Shipments: Delivery time will depend on the destination country and customs management.

  • Orders with samples: The standard delivery time is not guaranteed.

Although we work with top-tier logistics operators, we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as logistics incidents, adverse weather conditions, customs procedures, or force majeure situations.


International Delivery Policy

Availability

We make international shipments to various countries. Availability, costs, and deadlines may vary depending on the destination.


Return Policy

At Arabic Parfums, we are committed to offering the highest quality products and exceptional service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return.

Conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition.

  • Unused.

  • With its packaging intact and sealed.

To initiate the return process, the customer must contact our customer service team, indicating the order number and reason for the return.

Once the product has been received and verified, a refund will be processed in accordance with the established conditions.

  • Shipping costs for the return will be borne by the customer, unless the reason is our error or a manufacturing defect.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these requirements.

Important: Orders that include samples or products purchased in sample format are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except in case of manufacturing defect.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages

If the order has not arrived within the estimated time, the customer should contact us at contacto@arabicparfums.com so we can investigate the incident with the corresponding shipping company.

Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package:

  • It is recommended to refuse the delivery.

  • If you decide to accept it, you must document the damage with photographs and notify us within a maximum of 24 hours of receipt to initiate the corresponding claim.


Changes and Cancellations

Modification of Shipping Address

If you need to change the shipping address after placing the order, you must contact us as soon as possible. We will try to make the change as long as the order has not been processed or handed over to the shipping company.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled free of charge before they are processed for shipment.
If the order has already been shipped, the customer must wait to receive it and manage the return according to our current policy.
